Who are the people that volunteer at BESTD Clinic?
There is only one common denominator - they are concerned and caring persons who want to make a difference, and provide their time without payment. Beyond that, they are comprised of health care and social service professionals, teachers, students, musicians, artists, tradespersons; women and men of all colors; and people of diverse sexual orientations.
Where do you fit in?
At BESTD, there is a place for people who want to share the best of themselves with others. Skills range from: Counselors, Facilitators, Skilled Tradespersons and those with computer, clerical, media, communication/telephone, scheduling talents and organizational skills.
How can you volunteer?
Either stop in during clinic hours, call 414-272-2144 or email us. Tell us about the role you might play in our program. Be committed to making your time invested volunteering a worthwhile experience for you and become an asset to the Clinic. Stop by the clinic or talk with an outreach volunteer to pick up an application. The Brady East STD Clinic will provide specific training that you or the Clinic requires.
You can fill out an application now by clicking here. We want you to be comfortable and successful in your volunteer position.
BESTD Clinic is a non-profit Wisconsin corporation led and staffed entirely by unpaid volunteers.
You can also check the Outreach Schedule to meet one of our volunteers and ask about joining the clinic!
